Hello, Trying to replace voice over.wav but when i put the new file and set audio key frame i have a new layer called “Amplitude Audio” and not “Audio Amplitude”=> so i rename this layer, but after that i have another eror : Both channels effct missing. Can you help me please? Thanks
Hi, thanks for purchasing. Select the speaking precomp layer, hit “U” and find the expression “x=thisComp.layer(“Audio Amplitude”)........ and be sure that this name is exactly as your layer name at the top.
I have already rename the layer but now a new error pop up appears : Both channels effect is missing
Did you convert Audio to keyframes?

Right click to your audio, – Keyframe assistant – Convert audio to Keyframes. Is your AE in english language?

HI, I just purchased Mr. and Mrs. Explainer, I’m disappointed that when I try to install the package it comes up with an error can’t install after effects version 11.0.4 mac 64 I’m not using a mac, I did make sure that I install the windows version I’m also using after effects 5.5 is there any solution to this problem. I was really looking forward to using this product. and if not can I receive a refund.

No I can’t load it into after effects 5.5 says
" after effects error: the file you are attempting to open was created with after effects version 11.0.4 ( machintosh64) and cannot be with this version. see www.adobe.com/aftereffects for information on upgrading your software. "there is a directory in the Project Panel with mr&mrs_explainer.aep but is empty. Any ideas would be great. Thanks Melissa

Very strange message. Did you install AE correctly?
Yes its installed properly and every thing is working fine otherwise. but when we import the project, after effect crash.
Do not import the template. Just open it!
Yes i have tried this too. Its working fine in After effect CC 2014 but not in 2017. Is there is any compatibility issue. In 2017, If I hover my mouse over the preview area I can see lines that outline the different assets are. Seems like it should just be a setting but I tried changing views and some of the other settings, didn’t work.
How many GB of memory do you have?
12 GB Ram
Know i have noticed that one the import the template, Afer effect crash after 15 min.
The memory is very little for AECC. You have to upgrade to 32GB, otherwise you have to use AE CS6. Thanks
