Hello,
I need help. I modified logo, text, videos as well as colours in „SPORT OPENING“ and wanted to export the video. However, the export is not successful, it fails every time at FRAME 206. The video is played normally in view mode, problem is only when trying to export. When I try to set any kind of video format, the situation repeats. I tried to export also your preset graphics SPORT OPENING without changes and the situation repeats again. Is a mistake somewhere there? I bought and downloaded your product yesterday. I am able to export graphics from other authors. Parameters of my PC: Intel i5-4590 CPU 3.30 GHz 3.30 GHz, 16 GB RAM – Adobe After Effect CS6, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB.

Could be a memory issue, or something with the output format. Could you please try to render first a master version and then using that to later create a compressed or smaller version? I would recommend you to always render first as TGA sequence, because is lossless and the render is faster. This way, if the render get stuck for any reason, it can be resumed from where it stopped. This also allows you to play around and find the optimal compression settings without having to go through the whole render process every time. Once you have the image sequence, you can easily make your final output to Quicktime movie with any compression.

I bought this project and I am not able to make it work, I have 32GB RAM on my PC and every time I want to Render preview tells me I am out of RAM. It is very upset and disappoints that sellers are not responding my emails. Really Sad to buy something that doesn’t work.

Great project! I’m writing because I have a problem with the logo in the square on the right. The logo has smudged edges so it becomes less attractive. Probably for the logo walk the various effects of chrome, shadows, or blur of the edges, etc. How can I turn off those effects where it is a logo – in this square. Thanks for the help !

Thank you very much for your purchase and for your kind words! Appreciated! To remove the effects from logo, you’ll have to expand the “News+Logo” layers from “News+Logo_Fx” composition, and uncheck “Layer Styles” from each of them. Please let me know how it works. Thanks.

This option works of course but applies to the entire logo. I’m referring to the icon “7”. Is it possible to move this effect so that it does not work on the “7” icon? Can you make a mask?
Indeed, to keep the effect on text and remove it just from logo, you can apply a mask on text on all layers, then duplicate all the “News+Logo” layers, move them on top and revert their masks. Hope it does make sense. Please let me know. Thanks.

Every time I edit lower third text it becomes scrambled and jumps to the top of the page. I see in the comments someone else has had this problem. It happens over and over, no matter how many times I fix it, on multiple layers. I’ll send you a screenshot.

Thank you for your purchase, and I’m sorry for the late reply. As I mentioned in the previous comment, this is an After Effects cache issue, and in that case, cleaning the cache solved the issue. Please let me know if you tried those steps, and also what version of AE you are using. Updating to the latest version of AE might also solve the issue. Thanks.

As long as it’s possible, that’s fine. Does the sports section have to be head to toe? As in, no desk?
It’s builded like this – with the sport presenter standing up, but if it’s needed, the desk could be duplicated and moved to the sport section.

Thank you for your purchase. Most probably it’s a cache issue, it has something to do with the way newer versions of After Effects handles the cache. Could you please try to clean your After Effects Disk Cache, before you start the render? To clean your disk cache, head over to your After Effects Preferences, go to Media & Disk Cache, then hit Empty Disk Cache.
You can also try the following:
- disable Disk Caching in the Media & Disk Caching section of Preferences
- disable Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously in the Memory & Multiprocessing section of Preferences
- go to the secret menu by pressing Shift and -> Edit/Preferences/General. At the bottom you’ll see “Secret”. Check “Disable Layer Cache” and adjust “Purge Every 1 frames during make movie”.

Thank you for your purchase. This might happens because Mac OS has incorrectly set the permissions for some files, preventing After Effects from writing and moving the files that it needs to operate. To fix this, go to the preferences folder and set the entire preferences folder ( /Users/kiranarya/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/10.0/ ) and all of its contents to be writable, not read-only. Apple hides the Library folder by default, so you’ll need to show the Library folder. See this page for instructions on setting permissions.
