Hello, Do I need a PS to work on Photo Motion Pro?
Hello,
Photoshop is not necessary but it can speed up your workflow. You will only need Adobe After Effects CS6 or newer to run Photo Motion.

hi Integnity. I was wondering about the end product details. I would like to use this in my youtube videos but would I have to buy a license every time I use one of the effects? The youtube channel would be considered a series as it would be about the same topic (Biblical subjects) and as ive read I would be able to buy the license for it every year if its a series. Im a little confused on how this works so any info on this would be great as im looking forward to getting this. Thanks! and it looks great!

One license is absolutely fine. If it is for-profit, Extended one will suit you, otherwise Regular is just fine.
