Integnity gang, we wanted to have a two minute pre-purchase chat but haven’t been able to connect.
I tried the chat server at http://chat.integnity.com/ and just get a grey screen saying “Integnity chat”, but no prompt ever appears.
Then I tried registering an account via the Help Desk at http://help.integnity.com/go?action=register and got this error:
- Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. *
(I tried with three different email accounts, all gave the same error.)
Anyway, this product looks incredible. Job well done. We’re probably buying today, but want to know if it includes the ‘photos flipping super fast’ functionality in the beginning of your preview demo?

we seem to be experiencing some issues with our chat and emails at the moment. Apologies for that! That might be also the reason why you are not able to register. We will take a look at this right away.
We have the beginning sequence available for our customers for free so once you have your purchase code just send it over to us at help@integnity.com and we will be able to send the template over to you directly.
There might be some delay in being able to register at our help desk or getting a response while we deal with the issues but I will let you know once we are back (shouldn’t take longer than a couple of hours).

Hi. I purchased this item and I am in a hurry. I registed the Product yesterday and i downloaded it Before registration. i got som things from pixel and stuff but can´t find any slideshow i need to fix for an privat celebration. Is there any complete template, who i can change photos..(i learn better to use when i have a comlpete template to use)?

Photo Motion is a toolkit for animating still images which you can export as video formats (mp4, mov, gif, etc.). You can also stitch together the pictures you animate into a slideshow, but if you are refering to the promo video, we do not offer that as a template as that was custom made as a promotion for Photo Motion.
We do have the first few seconds of the video (where the pictures are falling quickly one after another) available as a template for our customers though, so if you email us at help@integnity.com we will be able to send you that

I would love to purchase but since you’re not offering a tools license I would have to pay $96 for each and every commercial (for sale) video I would want to create with this. I really wish you would consider offering a tools licence for it.
