Hey I just purchased this project however, it’s an older project so it has lens blur needed which Adobe no longer supports. Can you send me an updated version of this project? Maybe even a 1080p version? Thank you in advance.
Some kind of help text or file showing us novices how to make the changes would be useful. I can’t even find the text layer to change it. . .
If you guys use upscaling software like “Instand HD” from Redgiant or Video Enhance AI from Topaz labs, you can get that 1080 size with good results

Hi kg-nomad! Is there anyway to get a higher resolution 1920 X 1080? Right now the template is 720p; I tired rendering the animation by resizing to 1920 during export and it looks really pixilated. Do you have a HD version? My email is jess@pixelproductionssd.com

Having a Problem. When I open up the program everything seems ok. However after I change the first title and move on to the second part my pc crashes and restarts. I have tried different things but to no avail. Can you help me

Hi, I have solved the problem. I downloaded the program again and it is working perfect. It must have been a fault with the first download. The program is very good and you must have put a lot of work into it. thanks again
I just used it for the first time after buying this project a couple of month’s back. I love the quality of the project, but there’s one problem the video background is set to 25 frames per second but the pictures are set to 29.96 frames per second, so when the background freeze for one frame the pictures still move for that one frame. Could you fix this and re-upload the project? Make it so the video background is set to 29.96 frames per second and not missing frames.
I’ve just checked the project and it’s 25 fps for all, including pictures. Try to render whole project first “as it is” and then freeze already rendered file as you want
