I can´t open this files on windows or iOS. I receive this error: the fileyou are attempting to open was created with AEff 13.8.1 MAC64 and cannot be opened with this version.
So, what can I do? ask for refound?
You should put a note in description for buyers: TO NOT BUY IF THEY DON´T HAVE INSTALLED THE VERSION AEff 13.8.1…Solutions?

Yes I have read that, I´m using CC2015 but it doesn´t work…I can´t upload img here to show you with a printscreen that I´m using CC2015, version 13.7.1.6 …. so you created with CC2015 version 13.8.1 … this detail you didn´t write it for buyers. ..13.7 and 13.8 ... I read that if I have CC2015 it´s OK and I have it but not the same version…13.7 and 13.8 … so I ask for a refound but if you give me un update or something to use it will be perfect. Thank you

Hi, check your After Effects. I just downloaded the file and it works fine. Videohive allows only working files to publish.
Can I used it to create a tutorial from screenshots? My idea is to move the cursor and to hint the click with animation like yours.
