Yes, you can make any layer of Typography Main Render composition longer and rearrange the layers according to their new lengths.
But you have to keep in mind the music rhythm as it’s important for this project – video has to follow music rhythm here.

All text blocks of this project have center alignment so I don’t see any possible issues with using right to left languages in it.
