Perhaps others are more skilled with AE and knew how to fix the issue. I actually wouldn’t need technical support if the product wasn’t defective. As a professional developer with many products, I would hope you would want the quality of your product to be as perfect as it should be no matter which platform it’s on. I essentially did pay for it as I’m paying for it via my subscription.

I decided to download the file again, opened a different version and it’s the same in all 4 versions you have there. I assumed you would easily solve this by taking a look at your product there, see the error and just upload another fixed file, however…

I’ll move on to another developers product. If you’re interested in correcting the quality of your work, the issue again is in Edit Titles, for 5 edit text 5_1 and text 5_2 is missing and Title 02 is in scene 5, should be title 05, renaming doesn’t work… the changes are to scene 2 as well.
