Yes, there are .mogrt files (Motion Graphics Template). You can import them into the Essential Graphics panel in Premiere Pro (the version from which it is supported can be found on the template page: https://videohive.net/item/shapes-animated-elements-pack/19437956). Also, to edit, you can go to the Edit tab in the Essential Graphics panel.

I added GIF previews. You can download the file again.

Unfortunately the template only works in After Effects. All information was listed on the page. Perhaps in the future I will do an update to support the template in Premiere Pro… I apologize for the inconvenience!
