What is a video compression codec? Import doesn’t work. I purchased it, but I can’t import the mov file.
Hello, Thank you for your purchase. Quicktime codec H264 is used. Please make sure you have the quicktime codec pack installed on your computer.
I’m so sorry you’re having trouble. Convert mov files to a different format, You can copy it to the same file location with the same names and try to run the project.
It doesn’t import at all in Adobe tools. Can you tell me the path and method of installing quicktime h.264codec?
I’m using a Mac, so QuickTime is installed.
