After Effects warning: There is a problem accessing the audio or video data in 2 files since you saved this project. Reload Footage or Replace Footage as needed. close_Colorless.mp4 , open_Colorless.mp4
This happens when opening the original file. What do I do to solve this? I get this error with After Effect CC 2017 (in CC2014 it works fine but not in 2017): And its not related to the language, the default language is english.
This is a recent issue with the cc2017 version. I’ll try to find a solution soon. Please reload or replace it.
It says I’m missing the fonts: KoPubDotumLight and KoPubDotumBold. I Google them, but can’t find them.

I bought 2 great avatars that you created, one of them is Presentation With Amy: Office Wear I have a problem, when copying the PoseA or B the avatar only makes the movement but does not do the mouth articulation, ie only the body and hands are animated, you have some tutorial or recommendation for this problem or why it happens the same .

Hi Sologne, I recently acquired this project and I noticed in cut B28 that the chair shadow flashed off for a few seconds. I could not find a way to correct it myself. Can you fix this?

The project file is already configured, pre-rendered 3D Graphics images. There are limited using a picture for customize texture. Thanks!

You can make long enough. Re-use clips or use unused clips. Check Pose-Library folder of Project panel.

I was just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me the steps to customise the colours? I’ve managed to figure out how to have the mouth open/closed and how to eventually put them into the finished product properly. I also found the colour customisation bit but when I change the colours they don’t take effect. Can anyone perhaps help?
Color customisation bit? AE language must be “International English”
Change the AE language. The customize color will be applied.

Oh, also… Is it possible to ‘speed up’ some of the actions for ao-1, ao-2 so that the animated could return back to default position faster in certain areas?
