Yes You can, all what You see in preview is included in the package. Im not sure what You mean about real footage sound, but those files are without sounds/city ambient. Screnes are 4:20, 14s, 15s lenght with about 3 placeholders each + You get all those stock footages cuts from preview as well, Hope it helps, best.
