How do I add my own background? I have an existing mp4 I want to use behind the logo.
Hi as I wrote to you via e-mail 4 days ago, I purchased this product but we have not yet noticed, or the logo does not take any effect except for the metal brush. There are more than 30 error messages all concerning extensions and missing files. I have not yet received a response, I have also proceeded to request a refund and unfortunately I will also have to request a refund for the song that I purchased separately. In short, time and money lost!
Hey there, when i check “Origianl Colors” nothing seems to happen. I´ve imported a ai File with my Logo
I bought this. it says it can not bring “Sports0F1.mov’ file.
Hey quick question.. When I check “Original Colors” the color doesn’t look right! It is extremely oversaturated. What would be causing this or how can I fix it? In the logo placeholder it looks perfect but in the main compositions it doesn’t.

That’s not an option in this project sorry. If you’re an experienced AE user, you could do that, but it’s not an automated option.

How can I remove the background?

But i have a problem with the colors of a logo (it’s white and orange): In the Logo Placeholder comp the colors are fitting perfect but in the final comp the orange is much darker. Where’s the problem and how can i fix it?
And i got 4 expression errors for a missing “Solid Composite” effect.

Hi, I would suggest to play around with the options (watch the tutorial). If that doesn’t work, please add levels adjustment to your logo (inside Logo Placeholder comp), making it brighter, or use some other effect to your liking. As for the errors, can you please post a screenshot of the problem, thanks!

This template works with all AE Languages, so I don’t see a reason why it should throw errors. Can you post a screenshot anyway?

Hi, thank you for buying our template. Could you please describe the problem a little further. Are you moving the text with custom controls? Did you follow the tutorial?
I watched the tutorial – it does not have the same options as yours. Typically I could just grab text and move it – but it will not let me do it.
Can you please post a screenshot of Controls from Custom Controls layer?

it also fails to render after 2.01 seconds

here is a snippet, i dont get an error, the file footage was just the audio which i figured out but rendering i always get an error at 2:02 i dont know why or where to find the logs

The file should be sitting just next to AE file (maybe in a subfolder called error logs).
Of course, in case that there was an error.

Well, your first problem “1 footage file required to render composition”should pop up an error message, so please take a screenshot of that. Your second issue “it also fails to render after 2.01 seconds”, what happens when it fails to render. Did you follow the tutorial? Are you rendering from main comp?
i fixed the footage file by replacing the sound file, it doesnt say anything after it fails it just says failed at 2.01 which i showed the screenshot above, i watched the tutorial and it the video included had nothing about rendering just how to use each composition. unless there is another video? yes rendering from main pc with no other processes
