662 sales and you say it’s not working? Every item on Envato pass the manual review and it must work to be accepted on the market. What Final Cut or Motion version you use? Try do update to latest and check did you properly install Title folder.
Hi, I have just purchased the pack but am getting an error message following the installation. I have FCP version 10.4 – can you let me know the best way to approach resolving the issue without having to update my FCP if possible.
What kind of error? Red screen with T letter? In that case update to FCPX 10.4.3
Yes exactly that. I can’t update the version as it requires a whole computer update. Any other suggestions?
If you already have 10.4 it does not require to update whole computer. This is a must otherwise you won’t be able to use any titles from any author in the future. We all trying to stay up to date. I wish i can help but without update it’s not possible 
It does for my computer unfortunately as it requires macOS version 10.13.6 or later (My version is 10.13.1). On the selling of the product it said that you require a FCP Version 10.3 or higher. Can you please let me know the process to refund the purchase. Thanks

I wish i can help but it’s on my side. I can’t save it to previous version, Apple policy… try to ask Envato for a refund but trust me you will be stuck forever with mine and other authors templates if you don’t upgrade your system and FCPX
Hi there, I followed the instructions in the pdf but can’t get it to work for some reason. They are showing in the titles on FCP X but it’s showing an error – ”!”. My version of FCPX is 10.3.4. I tried both sets of instructions – with or without apple motion. Not sure what’s happening as previous titles i’ve uploaded into the movie folder worked fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I have bought and installed this item in Final Cut. However, although I can see the titles I am getting a missing title error when I go to play them.
What version of Final Cut you have installed? Did you properly copy all files??
Yes I copied everything properly. I have 10.2
FCPX 10.3 or Motion 5.3.2 that are requirements. You need to update your FCPX. I state that in the description.
Where in the description is this stated? I didn’t see it. Do you have a version that is compatible with 10.2?
On the item page. I don’t have 10.2 version. This is not about my item only, all items on Videohive are mostly done in newer versions of FCPX. Sooner or later you will need it, so i suggest you to update your FCPX.
does this plugin have a fade in and out effect on the background so you can see the quotes more clearly?
This is not a plugin, it’s add-on. You need to apply disallow effect to make fades. There is no Background all titles are on transparent alpha channel.
Hi, Love you work. I have a question…on the 2 count down percentage titles (actually counting up with the % sign) there are 2 sets of numbers and they overlap each other so both numbers are rolling at one time. It’s that way on both percentage titles. Please tell me how to deal with this? Just went to your portfolio, I will be buying lots more from you, love your style.
Hi, you need to keyframe first number and last number is still number or ‘hold’ number. If you change default duration you need to use Motion to modify layers. In any case you can sent me an email with details and i will try to find solution for your problem.
Thanks for your quick reply. I am using FCPX. I do have motion but just learning it. I’m relatively new at using key frames. Where would I find your email? I can send you a screenshot tomorrow. It’s basically 2 boxes with number on top of each other. They run at the same time so the numbers looked jumbled together. I only see one place to adjust the the number but there are 2 sets of numbers. Also, this is my first purchase on this site…how do you write a review? I can only read them, don’t see a way to write one.
I’m having big trouble trying to install this to Final Cut Pro X. I read the help file, but it says to install in a certain folder in the plugin area, but I can’t locate any file like that on my Mac. Any other ideas for how to install?

I purchased this and so far its great! The only thing I am having an issue with is setting up the titles with percentages. They go up to like 120 but I cant seem to get it to set to like lets say 65. I set it to 65 then it just jumps right over. Then again this is my first time using any kind of template / add-on. But other than that its sweet and dang it looks nice.
Can you email me i will sent you an updated title, it’s fixed, just replace it.

Maybe your cache is full, try to delete it: https://support.apple.com/kb/PH16806?locale=en_GB Also did you try to update to Motion 5.2.3 or 5.3? It’s free and work much faster and stable.

You need to login to App Store, then check for updates in your Downloads.

Oh, you can’t install latest motion update because your OS is out of date. Once is done check for update again.

Just bought these titles and easily uploaded them in Fcpx ! It is very easy to edit the texts but Ii seems that I can’t change the colors of the shapes… Got any heads up on this ? thx 
Did you chec options under title? If you have motion 5 publish Color parameter, if not wait for update, it will be published during week

Hi, I am not happy with the editable functions on the titles. they look great in your video but because you use small words or less words. When I try and use wording for a title I want the beginning and end of the title is cut off. Please issue me a refund so I can find something else before my work deadline. thank you
Hi, i’m not able to refund item that is already downloaded and used. Every title can be adjuted in Motion 5.2 (they are covered with the masks) just move mask position and put a Title with 10 or 20 words if you wish. If you don’t have Motion use offset to adjust positions for evey mask.
P.S. You won’t find any title with long words support because you will need to do the same trick with masks. It’s same animation technique
I purchased your titles and followed the installation instructions by copying the folder to movies > motion templates > titles. I can even see the titles in fcp x 10.3 however it shows missing files. I even installed the font. Can you please help me solve the problem.

Read carefuly this: https://discussions.apple.com/message/28119489#28119489 You will need to add .localised extension to every folder since you don’t have Motion installed. Alao there is a Youtube link inside the Tutorial watch it.

If you want i can provide Skype support. Download and install Motion 5 please and let me know. You are the first buyer with this issue. Probably it’s a Bug in Final Cut Pro, can you try to upgrade to 10.2.3
