You should be able to place a video file in the different place holders to transition between the two. I can help out more in a few days when I have access to the project file. You would have to duplicate the the main comp. Make one cube pink and one cube green. Then stack the two comps in a new comp and fade from one to the other. Let me know if that works out. I’m working on some ideas to update the project file. I’ll try to work your request in to make it a bit easier. Thanks.

Not sure I follow your question. The cubes are a video file from Cinema 4d. The texture is mapped to the cubes in 3d space inside of After Effects. The textures are dropped into a 2d comp, so it is really easy to apply your own textures. Let me know if that answers your question. Thanks.
