Your communications are very poor. Still got no clue how to access pixelsandstuff. Email invite? Still waiting for one since registering? Your tutorials are too quickly paced and it’s hard to keep up. Confusing how you go off at a tangent instead of going through the basics. How about a pdf document that covers everything. Glad I only wasted 50% of the money on the app. Pretty appalling for a premium product in here when a $6 dollar action has simple and clear instructions! NOT IMPRESSED

Photo Motion is the most advanced toolkit on the market at this point, thus it is not usually compared with simple parallax tools you can find at around $10 mark. We offer full 3D projection (plus parallax tools in Photo Motion Speed if you prefer). I recommend to get in touch with us when you need any type of help or you just want to understand a certain feature better. We have a full time customer support in place just for this, so don’t be afraid to use it

• 1. it seems you purchased the product just before we started our Christmas promo, but no worries, just get in touch with us on help@integnity.com and we’ll sort this out for you
• 2. we’ll need more info on this (screenshot of error etc.), so please send this over to our customer support at help@integnity.com
• 3. this is issue with your instance of After Effects, not particularly related to Photo Motion, but you can find more info here
• 4. not quite sure what do you mean by this, but again, if you can explain this in more detail to our customer support, they will be able to help you

1. The purchase was made within the Christmas time only, but the download was provided by you over Google drive, and not by Video-hive servers, as the download from their servers was very much disruptive. So in that download we were unable to find any such promo. 2 & 3. Will be on touch on said email….. 4. Can we create Video animations using photo motion like “sunny Afternoon” or Wedding Albums etc, wherein photo’s or videos of any function could be made as a special video presentation

Hi kyxarie,

you can do literally any camera movement you want (not just zoom in/out). You can rotate, tilt, go up/down, left/right, diagonally and so on.

To your second question: you will need After Effects to work with Photo Motion. CC2017 is fully supported, both AE and PS

We have over 20+ tutorials available for our customers so you shouldn’t have any problems using Photo Motion even if you are a complete beginner with After Effects. It also includes slideshow creator which allows you to stitch together your animated pictures to create a slideshow in a video file format.

It shouldn’t take that long to render to be honest (even the most complicated images with everything turned on with 4K output on 2010 Macbook Pro shouldn’t take anything near that time!). I suspect the culprit will be either in clean plate settings, or potentially with render settings. I recently wrote a quick rendering guide on http://help.integnity.com so you can check that, or just get in touch with us on help@integnity.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you further

Call me Phill, it’s a Windows laptop and it’s taking forever. Went through the videos earlier and changed the options codec etc. It is possible to get a refund?

absolutely! Actually you have two options in PhotoMotion Pro:

- You can add video to any mask and then position it independently in the scene

- You can also add it to your background (cleanplate)

We often use this for things like adding moving cars to the scene, fire, water animation, clouds movement etc.

Hi Saiyan,

Photo Motion comes with support for text layers as well as a ton of effects such as light leaks, color filters, transitions and so on. It is really easy to include them in your animated picture – just drag and drop them from the included assets library right to your final animation.
