How to remove black bars at the top and bottom? I have already looked everywhere, but I still do not understand how to do it.

in the timeline there is a layer name called “letterbox” you can switched off that layer, if its not vissible you can click shy layer switch in the timeline top…Thanks

When I load into Adobe After Effects 2020 it says 20 files are missing and doesn’t load correctly. Any help?
