I want to extend time frame to 6 minutes and I can extend background etc., but I cant extend [_Mic] and [female character] to 6 minutes even I change duration to 6 minutes as you see in the picture that I attach pls help. I already send an email with picture.

Hi, thanks for purchasing the project. Select a background and go to composition settings and change the duration to 00:10:00:00. Then select all layers and extend them to the end of the comp. About the female control panel please explain more and email me to thepremiumilk@gmail.com. Thanks

Purchased and downloaded. Computer keeps crashing when trying to open this template. Computer is above requirements for Adobe AE and PP. Then noticed message saying AE is converting it from MAC to Windows. Is there a Windows version available for download?
Looked at previous comments. Tried increasing media cache to 100 GB. Also waited, but there is nothing in the video screen when in Presentation or any other Comp. I also have Adobe Cloud so I can’t go back to CS6.
Hi, thanks for purchasing. Version is the same for both MAC and windows. Actually on AE CS6 works perfect, on AE CC are some issues with the memory. Do you have 32GB of memory?
I tried redownloading but I’m getting the same problem. When I open a comp there is no preview on the screen. If I hover my mouse over the preview area I can see lines that outline the different assets are. Seems like it should just be a setting but I tried changing views and some of the other settings, didn’t work. I am getting the same problem on two different Windows computers both with 8 GB RAM. which is what Adobe recommends. Thanks for emailing me back. Hi, yes, I`m try all of these options. Finally (with a lot of troubles and downs) I can opened and work with it, but is difficult. Maybe you can divide the archive in two or more parts. that`s what I do… because didn`t work in CS6 and CC. by the way, it`s very good job! Congrats, and thanks for your answer

I have also opened the file Mr & Mrs Explainer With_Flat_Animated_Icons_V13.aep, but it’s also missing the file world_map.ai.
I have unzipped it again in a new place as you advised another customer but it is still missing.
It’s also missing from the Hero Concepts Delivery page

I tried to find it in the folder but it seems to be missing. I even did a search for it with the name you have it saved as and it does not come up
Does the template need it, because this file converted to shape as i remember. Search inside the template the composition _map and you will find it as a shape. Thanks

Hi, thanks for purchasing. You drag & drop the face emotion speaking to the existing face, but only for 5 sec. You have to make the composition longer to fit your audio. Thanks
I am having the same issue that Akehorn described. I am using AE CC 2015 as well and am able to open the file but not see anything in the composition panel. I’m also receiving the error message about allocating enough memory. I tried clearing the cache with no success. Do you have any other suggestions for opening/using the file?

I have tried on several occasions to have the file open to give it time to load, I can see things listed in the project panel and on the timeline but still nothing shows in the composition panel. Is there a way to contact you for further support. I can attach a screen shot so that you can see more specifically what the issue is.

How do you change the face expression to lost, laugh and etc?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. You just cut the composition and continue with another comp face expression. You may also split comp to 2 comps and then holding the alt key select the new face expression and drag it to the second one. Thanks

You have to do it by yourself. Duplicate any pose and make the animation there. We had some issues with the sitting position and that’s way we didn’t include it. But of course you can try by yourself. Thanks

Hi, you have to select the sky layer and move it down to make a new keyframe at about 1 sec and then select C_B_FL3 foot layer on effects check IK Orientation to flip the foot layer. Thanks
HI i just purchased the product but when i try to open it and get a preview my AE says unable to allocate enough memory. I have just bought the newest Imac 4k with highest settings. Do you know how i can fix this?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. First of all if you have AE CS6 or CS5 try to open it there. On AE CC you have to wait about a minute to cache the project in memory. AE CC works different with memory that’s way. Thanks
I cant open CS6 cause it says its not compatible with my version of OSX. I have the latest version and i normaly use AE CC 2015 without a problem. Is there a way i can lower the memory usage?
Hi, i just open it on CC 2015 and after a minute start working. Also go to Preferences – Media & Disk Cache and Empty Disk Cache. Finally maximise disk cache size to 100GB.
any comment on exporting a Mr. or Mrs. Explainer character with alpha channel for insertion into video, such that the AE character is talking with human in video?
Yes of course you can export the character with alpha channel.
