Hello— if we make version of this part of our youtube video series, like part of intro/logo, it’s ok with regular license? We would modify it a bit – different colors more layers, etc.

Thanks for prompt answer. If they consider channel = “product” then seems like would be allowed. If they consider each channel video = “product” then would need license for each video (in which case we would just pay a little more and have someone make custom for us) — Are you able to ask them? I’m not sure who they answer first. 
For this kind of questions they usually answer to customers I believe you can use either regular channels here, or even DM via Twitter.

I don’t understand about using the products. If I pay a standard price, let us say I pay $11, like this one. How many time I can use it?

I am going to use this product maybe in 20 or more projects… So I am allow to do it?
If I’m not wrong you’ll need to renew license for each product. But it would be good to contact Envato directly for details.
So I need to pay $11 everytime I use it? 20 times $11 is $220… i have to pay that money just to use 1 single effect ??? Expensive
That’s how I understand licensing terms, but you can check directly with Envato support. Even with license for each usage it is still more affordable than custom made.

It is written that it’s supposed to work with Motion 5 and I have motion 5.0.2 because I’m on OS 10.8.5 and it does not work !
Hello, it is Motion 5 project and you are be able to upgrade to 5.1.2 (where it is created). Videohive doesn’t differentiate “dot” releases when submitting projects. So just update to 5.1.2 and it will work for sure.
I bought this, thinking it was an After Effects template, but it’s Apple, and I don’t have a Mac. Where is the After Effects template? I need that one instead
Hi, obviously you were on wrong part of the website (Apple Motion templates instead of After Effects templates). In our portfolio you can find AE version of that project – which is pure coincidence, because there are not many templates that have both AE and Motion versions.
Yes, but I was mislead to pay for this one, from VideoHive, and only clicked on the AfterEffects template. So how can I exchange these?
Hi, that would mean that you have found some bug on the site and that After Effects links are linked to Apple Motion templates… I believe that you should contact VideoHive/Envato support and let them know about the issue. Maybe they can help.
