Hi there. having problems downloading the main files. Error message says: Unable to expand ‘video hive-13…... into Desktop’ Any suggestions? Thanks Christelle
Hi Christelle, this seems to me like a permission problem with your operating system. Can you try to expand it somewhere else, not on the Desktop? If that won’t work, just send us a screenshot of the error to help@integnity.com
Regards, Tom
Thanks Tom, have sent an email with a screenshot. Cheers, Christelle
Hey, I’ve been having trouble with this template. when I first launch the file, I get a bunch of files that can’t be imported (DG_01 and such) and it says that its either damaged or unsupported. Tried downloading the file a bunch of times and it still doesn’t work. Help please.
Hi FireSlay,
if it says unsupported it means (most likely) your machine has corrupted/or missing video codecs – most likely missing support for h264. Otherwise it should work without any error message, so the problem is not in the Photo Motion itself. But send us an email to help@integnity.com with a screenshot of the error and so we can assist you further.
Tom
Hey, I tried installing some codecs and it worked, thanks a lot Tom. I must say I wasn’t expecting this fast of a reply… just wow.
Haha, no worries at all. Glad to see it works now!
does this work on CC 2017?
Hello pixallus,
yes, indeed, it does!
Best, Ivana
Hi guys, I am very intrigued by this product. Is there any type of trial offered?
Hello killshawke1,
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any trial period due to After Efftcts’ licensing requirements.
If you have any more questions just email us at help@integnity.com.

Is this a plugin? meaning like can you have opened any project and than just start using photo motion or do you always have to open the photo motion project?
Hello SuperFranki,
Photo Motion is a .aep file project that you just open in your After Effects and you are good to go, there are not any additional plugins required! If you have any further questions, just shoot us a message at help@integnity.com or talk to us at our live chat http://chat.integnity.com

is there a tutorial included? If yes where? Because I only want to buy it if it’s easy to edit
Great!
Thanks!
Hi all,
Just a quick note that we are currently performing maintenance of our email systems which should last about 1 -2 hours. Feel free to use our live chat in the meantime – we always respond within minutes – http://chat.integnity.com
Best,
Ivana
Hi, i have read in the previous comments that you have make a pdf tutorial for those has no good internet connection ? Can you please provide me ? or is it possible to download the tutorial videos ? Thanks.
Hi there,
actually we didn’t do the PDF file as the customer who asked for it opted for video tutorials in the end, but we are still planning to release a simplified PDF version later down the line. What we can do in the meantime to help with your internet speed issues, is to give you access to our lower resolution library on our private YouTube channel (should be faster than our main video provider, although we have multiple servers in EU and US) – just send us an email to help@integnity.com and we’ll set it up for you.
Regards, Tom
That would be great Tom, i send you email right now. Thanks.
Hi guys! We are currently performing maintenance of our serves which might be causing issues with logging in or accessing tutorials. Please give it 1 – 2 hours before trying to log in if you are having issues at the moment. If you are still experiencing problems after 2 hours please drop us a message at help@integnity.com. Apologies for any inconvenience!

Hi! I have been going through your tutorial videos for photomotion pro, and when I attempted to log in to http://help.integnity.com/go this morning it’s saying there are “no topics found.” And now I’m not able to log in at all. Have I been locked out of my account? Can I access the tutorials somewhere else? Thank you!
Devan
Hi Devan,
We are really sorry about this. We are currently performing maintenance of our servers which is why you might be having these issues. We should be back up and running shortly. We will let you know once it’s all finished. Apologies for any inconvenience!
Best, Ivana
Okay, thanks so much for the quick reply! I’ll wait until you give me the OK to log in again.
@Integnity is there a way for me to access the tutorial videos in the meantime? Thanks! – Devan
Hi Devan, It’s been actually all sorted now so try logging in and let me know if you can access tutorials now.
Seems to be working now! Thanks so much for the quick turnaround.
No worries. Glad we could help!
Wonderful!
Glad you like it!
Hi, I love your animator but I have different question: in your promo video at 5 seconds there’s like 20 images in 3 seconds. Did you use an envato template for your leader? Can I buy it? Thanks for your reply!
Hi gretschy,
Good news! It is our custom template which is free for everyone who purchases Photo Motion. It will be available in our digital assets library this week, but send us an email if you need it asap (help@integnity.com)
Regards, Tom
Hi Tom, that’s wonderful! I just sent you an email as I would like to buy it asap.
No need to buy, it is free since you aready bought Photo Motion
I will get back to you by email in a second
Wow! That’s awesome!!
Hi, I do not want to pressure you but you wrote that you would mail me in a second and I haven’t received any mail yet. Is that correct? I would not want to miss it
No worries, I’ll be in touch as soon as it finishes uploading and it’s ready to go
Tom
Wonderful! I’ll be waiting. Thanks again for your quick response and great files. Keep up the good work.
thank you very much behind your product I already bought a second license In my work, this is a very good product that would quickly render the animation of static images. But I have a question? Tell me configuration of your computer. Since my computer pulls the array with difficulty.

Hi there gigakster & thanks for kind words!
Your pc is way more than enough for Photo Motion. Can you let us know on help@integnity.com when and where exactly is this happening?
Thank you’ll be sure to send our new work.
Hey guys,
I’ve got a stupid question! Is it possible to upgrade to an extended license?
I mean I want to test it personal and maybe later I want to use it in some projects, when I can use this tool.
thank a lot
Hello Balivandi,
That’s actually a great question! As we have to go by Envato’s licensing, I think you’d need to direct this question at them. You can submit support ticket right here at this link: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37840
If you have any further questions, please do let me know!
Best, Ivana
Super!
Thanks!
Totally lost, you’d probably need to have an extensive knowledge of adobe after effects to use this product. That doesn’t mean it’s a bad product, but the sales info probably doesn’t stress that enough. I can’t even get to install the plugin and info is light on how to do this.
Hi Eddy,
there is no need to install Photo Motion at all – simply open it with After Effects like any other project. Then proceed to our video tutorials (available on http://help.integnity.com) which explain the rest of the process. To be fair, I would start with Photo Motion Speed first and then, as you understand how the product works and get yourself familiar with the interface, continue to Photo Motion Pro (which includes Full 3D projection).
But remember, we have a dedicated customer support team on help@integnity.com, so get in touch if anything.
Regards, Tom
I purchase the last version, is it possible to make any update to get this Version
Hello mahomoudy2k,
all our updates are free for our existing customers! Just go to your Downloads section and re-download the files.
Best, Ivana
thanks
I really want to buy this, but I’ve been screwed over before with previous products that are similar, meaning I purchased some previous “photo animators for AE” in the past, and found out that all it did was displacement map. Something I can do more efficiently without purchasing anything.
I’ve been scouring the internet for a sample of what someone did, but it’s surprisingly difficult to find something. I would love to see samples of what your customers have done. Or, if there is a comprehensive tutorial available? This way I can make a more educated decision. I hope the product does more than just displacement map. By the looks of the trailer, it does much more, but I don’t want to make any assumptions.
Hey Seth,
you are absolutely right. Most of our competitors do displacement mapping which, to be honest, is a 5 minute work because AE already comes with Displacement map plugin included. Photo Motion does the following projections:
- Full 3D projection – so you get to control the camera in real 3D space
- Flat surface projection – this will let you use all features from Full 3D projection, but it is much easier to setup, as you don’t need to setup full 3D cage
- Layer Offset projection – this is one of those projections you want to use when you need to do as many pictures as possible in least time possible. It is super easy to setup
- Displacement projection – and finally displacement, which again, is super easy to set up and is always there for you when none of the above projections work for your particular picture
Also, the first two projections (we call them Pro) are packed with features such as independently positioned objects (in real 3D space), displacement maps applied individually on each mask, custom alpha channels, puppet tool with automatic alpha projection, automatic clean plates and a lot more. When you are happy with your animation, you just drag and drop effects from our assets library (included) – there are things such as lens flares, particles (pre-rendered or customisable), color corrections, filters, motion stuff, lower thirds etc etc etc.
I hope this makes it a bit clearer now!
P.S.: We are planning to integrate our customer’s creations into our new website, but in the meantime, send us a message to help@integnity.com and I’ll give you access to our preview tutorials, so you can see how our interface looks and how Photo Motion works.
Regards, Tom
YOU ASK QUESTIONS, WE ANSWER THEM
Hey everyone! We thought it would be cool to share some questions we got over the past few days from you, just to save you some time looking for answers yourself.
Nicole asked: How easy is Photo Motion to use and learn?
Tom answered: Let me pull out a nice review we’ve got from one of our customers: “No matter your skill level at After Effects, you’ll be able to do this”. The main focus of Photo Motion from day one was to offer the most advanced photo animation technology to everyone – no matter of your skill level. We did that by combining intelligent user interface, which shows you stuff you need to see and hides everything you don’t, with top-class targeted support. This means that you can be sure your technical request is dealt by our senior tech pro, your licensing question by our licensing team and so on. Forget waiting for answers, in most cases we will chat with you in real time.
Matt asked: What if I still need help?
Ivana answered: No worries, seriously! Apart from our professional video training (which is free for everyone who bought Photo Motion), you will also get:
- access to our helpdesk (http://help.integnity.com) with over 7000+ members and 600 topics to cover you from A-Z
- “Talk-to-Pros” sessions where you can chat in real time with people who actually built every feature in Photo Motion, so they will be able to answer the most technical and geeky questions you might have.
- dedicated support team on Live Chat or if email is your thing you can shoot us a message at help@integnity.com and we will get back to you asap.
Dominic asked: What kind of images are best for Photo Motion?
Denis answered Pretty much any photo, as we support several different projection methods, masks, clean plates, displacement maps – you name it. But don’t worry, we have everything in place to make this a pure joy for you. We’ll teach you which pictures are good for which projection method, how to make your pictures look amazing in least time possible, and of course if you want to become a photo animation superstar, we’ve got you covered from very basics to super advanced stuff.
