This project is a mess. What a waste of $20.

I just bought this and get the ““Error from After Effects: can not import the file ‘TV.mov’: The file ’.mov’ is damaged or not compatible.”
I saw you mention to someone else they need to download quicktime codecs but where do I get those. I’m on macOS Mojave right now. Do I have to update to Big Sur? I kind of hope not. I’ve try to search where I can update to the latest quicktime codecs but I’m not having any success.

I just bought your great item.
When I load the project in Adobde After Effects CC2017, the program displays an error: “Error from After Effects: can not import the file ‘TV.mov’: The file ’.mov’ is damaged or not compatible.”
It’s difficult for me to try with an older afeter effects version.

Hello and thanks for purchasing! It looks like you have not installed the MOV codec on your computer. Download and install Quicktime and try again. Let us know

Can i remove the arm hitting the TV? (Can’t figure out in the project file)
Hello and thanks for your question. Yes sure! You have to just remove or hide the layer of the arm. If you have difficulties, please contact us.

It’s because you are using the pre-renderd version “Broken Tv CS4”. Open the other .aep file in the main folder “Old Broken TV”. In the composition titled “Native” you can delete/hide the “Punch.mov” layer.
