I cannot get any of these to open in power director or OBS.

Hi. I bought the effects to use in Avid Media Composer 6 and can’t seem to make them work correctly. The fill doesn’t look correct. Usually there is just an alpha included with the fill, but you have included a separate matte. Is there a different version of water transitions that you offer that would be better for me to use?

What kind of a file is this? AE? Premiere? FCP?
