Hi Pilin, this is a great Idea ( if the pictures are from you of course). For the licence choice I am not sure to be honest… I am OK if you use the standard licence but only Envato can answer if it will be authorized.

The extended license might be needed.

Hello, I decided to remove the comics / illustration effect for optimisation reasons. Things are smoother without and customers didn’t use it much. It’s the only thing that was removed, Pro version adds a lot of new stuff Gaëtan.

There are no stupid questions and you are right, VoluMax creates videos that can be used on any device or website. The video can be any size you need, very large in 4k or very small for mobile by using different compression presets, sizes or framerate in Adobe Media Encoder. Adobe Media Encoder is used by AE and Adobe Premiere to export and VoluMax Pro includes an export tutorial to guide you.

Hello shirux, I am very surprised by your message because the effects you want to achieve are the main reason why I created VoluMax Pro: to do them easely in minutes !

“How to achieve the the 2 guys on parachute or girl on background ” : Did you watch tutorial named : “06 – Text & Objects” ? I am not sure…

It is a complete tutorial to explain you how to achieve the scene in the video preview with the 2 hot air baloons and the HELLO WORLD text (at 1:02) And this is exaclty what you want to do ! A background + 2 objects (with auto displacement for volume if needed) + Text

The girl with the yellow jacket is done that way too, I created a background and she is in Object 1 (You can add a Depth Map Painting on her or even use the Auto Depth Map button wich works 90% of the time), no rocket science here !

There is even a bonus video named “10 – Case Study – The Turtle” that explains step by step how I did the underwater scene with the turtle on a background…

Keep in mind that the video preview was done with VoluMax Pro so there is no reason you can’t do as good as me !

In that case since you are offering video. please send me a video tutorial (since you didnt included in the tutorial) in the tutorial is not shown how to use this tool with people Full body, for example how did you do it with the astronaut? ( I mean every step from the start) How did you do it with the Girl with the yellow rain coat (The entire process) because that is what you selling those effects.

And i dont see anywhere any explanation of how did you do that. And since you are offering a video and support for that i will await for that support.

You say you have hours of tutorials, but unfortunately those specifics are not in there.

Please let me know when can i get the instructions that you offer.

But I am still going to try to answer you here again : The process is the same if you use a Hot Air Baloon / An astronaut / A girl in raincoat / A turtle / a Paraglider…and is the same for any photo animator :

1- Separate your astronaut from background using Photoshop (or AE) for example by using the lasso tool so it’s on a transparent background.

2- Save background (without astronaut) and Astronaut (transparent background) in 2 separate files.

3- Import background in “My Picture” Composition in AE

4- Import Astronaut in “Object 1” Composition in AE

And that’s all…3 minutes of work time normally. This is exactly what is explained many times in tutorials #1 / #6 and #10

There is no reason you can’t get it to work, this isn’t difficult and no customers told me tutorials weren’t complete, I spent a lot of time on them so everybody can do it.

Well …I am going to answer the simplest possible. I think you can do a lot of things with Photo motion, its a good template but if you want to push the 3d impression to its maximum, like if you used a 3d software, use VoluMax Pro. The wow effect will be more intense, check the video previews one more time and you will know what I am talking about. Volumax is much better on 3d Portraits. And there is complete support in the work process with Volumax with 90 minutes of tutorial. And if you have questions I can answer by mail 7/7. Have fun ! Gaëtan.

First of all thank you for your purchase AK49_Logan_907 and for your enthusiasm using VoluMax Pro. I am going to answer your questions :

1- First of all you don’t need to paint detailed pictures to get a nice 3D effect.This is real, not marketing : http://gifyu.com/images/VolumaxPro-Paint.gif

To paint depth maps I always use Photoshop because I love this software, like in the tutorial included I use the brush and lasso to have something smooth and fast. Then I add some detail if needed. When I work on very detailed pictures (like the desert picture with hot air baloons) I use the new Photoshop Easy Paint Tool included. Adding more detail will increase a bit the 3D impression, I like using Dodge and Burn tools for extra details https://goo.gl/cDb4b8 , they are easy and fast to use.

But if you are asking me : “is there an easy automatic way to do this ?” I have to answer no. In my opinion VoluMax Pro is the most detailed and immersive 3D template on Videohive today, but nothing is magic, you have to tell the software where are the objects / mountains / buildings… only an AI could do that one day ?

2- Adjusting the resolution to 1/4 or automatic is only for the viewport, to work smoothly in realtime like in video preview, and that is a smart advice for all your projects in AE.

Volumax is in 4k but that does’t impact viewport or export speed, everything is optimized to go fast and After effects is very smart with HD pictures nowadays. The advantage working with 4K compositions here is to get extra detail and sharpness in the 3D Effects without loosing speed

Do not export in 4k if not needed ! Like any project in AE it is going to be long, exporting in 1080p for example will go 4 times faster. I never waited more than 1 to 4 minutes for an export with VoluMax. Take a look to the export tutorial included once again to learn how to use Adobe Media Encoder in 1080p.

I am sorry but you are asking me to subtilte more than 90 minutes of movie that are already spoken in english audio. It would take me days to do that and wouldn’t be very useful. Sorry for that. If you have questions just send me a mail, I will do my best to help you.
