How do I get support. this keeps blowing up and crashing my AE and it won’t render during changes.
Hello! It is very strange! the project is very simple. Perhaps the after effect is “crooked” installed. What version of the after effect are you using? if you have the opportunity, try upgrading to the latest version, or try rendering on another computer. Or it may be a problem with the video codec. try rendering to another format: quick time or avi uncompressed.
