I bought the intro and didn’t know that I needed Adobe to be able to work with it. parang.bma@gmail.com is very reliable. He responded to my request why it seemed to not work right away and we found an excellent solution for my intro. Great experience. Great product. Great email exchange. Thank you for your help!!!!
Hi, it appears the followint message and I don’t know what to do. It also says that the font is not included. P.S: I use windows. I’ve tried with other After affects version and it doesn’t work either =(
this project must be converted from version10.01(Macintosh 64). the original file will be unchanged
