My After Effects is reporting that there are fonts missing. I installed all the fonts that your post linked to.
BebasNeueRegular and Titillium-Regular are missing.

Hi Please install all fonts (including BebasNeue Regular, Titillium Regular), then restart your system
I got it working after I realized I’d probably have to restart After Effects after installing the fonts. It’s all good now. Thanks!

Can I adjust the duration of the Animation in and Out?
I have AE CC 2015, when I copy desired Callout and paste it to my comp I lose names, it says Connect Line, Null1, Null2, and when I play default, just appears with animation, and after that it doesn’t move like on your tutorial.
Just note, I had Bebas font already installed, but it said it is missing, I had to download it from item description link. Just notice. It didn’t work like it should without it, it was not in text container, etc.

Ok, I think I can work with Null1, Null2, just need to remember that Null2 is connection, and Null1 is Text.

Hi when I copy and paste the callout into my project it appears in top left hand corner. When I try to move it to the whole call out down to its initial position, the connector line foreshortens and disappears – or – the line becomes separated from the target. How do I stop it behaving as if it’s in 3d space for this initial placing? I’m new to this so no doubt is something very simple but I can’t work out what it is! thanks v much.
Hi! If your composition more than 1920×1080 you should resize connect line layer. Select Connect line and Make comp size in Solid Settings (Layer > Solid Settings) (https://videohive.net/item/callout-titles/11111538/support)

I never use quicktime, but may be wrong settings? Try other version of media encoder and AE.
QuickTime, except of course the size of a very high 23 GB, Is there a codec you suggest?
If you save simple png sequence and it looks fine then I think cause is quicktime.

Need some help Please. I am creating a video using the call outs to display different pictures and videos at the same time. But every time I put in a picture or video, it appears in all the call out boxes/circles. How do I get a different picture/video in each call out box/circle I create and not have the same one duplicated in everyone? Thank you. Please respond as soon as you can.
Hi! Before using title or image placeholder you should duplicate it. Like in tutorial at 2:50.
I tried that several times. Duplicated it, renamed it, but it would still place the same photo or video in the next call out I would use. Hmmmm.. I will continue to play around with it. It is very frustrating.. Besides the problems I am having, which just might be user error; it is a great program and thank you for creating it.
Keep in mind you need duplicate it in Project window, and then replace old holder in timeline.
