Not good at all. Had to follow instructions. Main 12sec doesnt render. Waste of money

AE CC users!! I made new version for CC v12 and CCv13. Once they are added to template, I reported here? It will be in the next few days Thanks!
I wouldn’t recommend this project if you’re working in CC. We’ve been trying to render it out for 24 hours and it’s fine for the first 82 frames, then it either just hangs there or renders at snail speed.
We’re trying some of the fixes above for CS6 to see if this helps in CC.

This project will not work on my Mac running CS6 . I am getting the Image Buffer error. I wanted to get this completed by tomorrow, Halloween. Looks like I am out of luck. As the file will not work for me, how do I get a refund?
for AE CS6 (those who have an OpenGL preview problem ) There is an option 1 close the preview (Ctrl ) 2. Close MAIN compositions 3 Open preview (Ctrl again) 3 Open TEXT / LOGO composition and just replace the tex or logo. 4 !!! – close the preview (Ctrl button ) 5. Open Render Queue window and put MAIN composition to this window 6.without checking render in Full(1920×1080) resolution only.
Here’s another solution , thanks for plarson78 ....”I had the same issue in CS6 . If you have an Nvidia Card, I changed advanced setting in the comp settings from classic 3D to ray-traced 3D and it worked fine. I also turned down the ray-traced quality in the options next to the renderer so I could work with the comp faster”

I just purchased this project. and i am on a deadline of 2 days. i either need a fix for cs6 because this project will not work. or a refund so i can invest my money elsewhere.

i tried the first way, and it did not work. the second way changing the Vray worked. but the image quality became unworkable. i just reinstalled cs5 to use this one template. I am still having one problem and that is the project opens up the text as arial bold. i looked in your instruction pdf and you dont have a font name listed. what is the font used in this project?

I have just installed AE CS3 b ut I get a message saying “This project contains 13 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references. (“CC Light Burst 2.5”, “CC Light Rays”) I’m not a AE expert and am not sure what to do. I Googled plugins for these but can’t find any

some cons: -doesn’t work on Cs6 had to use on lower version of AE. keep getting annoying error messages. so i had to go to Cs3 -couldn’t find the font displayed -incase you dont read the small print the audio DOES NOT come with…extra 7$..oops
other than that worth it!
It is an OpenGL CS6 problem There is one method, but not very easy(disable previews). the best way work in earlier versions, if possible Thanks

I am also having the same issue (as with fastncool). It’s an image buffer error and although I can open the project. I can’t see or do anything to the project. I’m currently on AE CS6 and my machine is also not an issue here.Went and viewed the link your sent. Unfortunately, it was too vague for me to understand.

The problem is OpenGL in AE CS6 . Generally, OpenGL should be turned off, so it makes a lot of problems. But in CS6 it seems impossible to turn it off If I understood correctly this link you need to work in full resolution. I do not, have CS6 and can not test. I got this link from one of the customers who bought a similar project. Sorry
hey – I am having an issue with this file – I get image buffer error and cannot open the project – I have mac with 16 gigs of ram – ram not a problem – any suggestions?
