love the template! what would cause images to disappear, turn black or white during my animating them? sometimes i move them only a few points and they disappear.

Hi orabeiro, I’m glad you like it!

To your question – it might be related to mask position being too close to the camera maybe? Can you send me a screenshot how it looks when it happens, to help@integnity.com please? That should make it easier to determine the cause.

Tom

Hi there!

One question before deciding my purchase: has your full promo video been made using your photomotion software, or have you used any third party SW?

I mean. e.g. how the titles are shown (01sec-02sec, 09sec-13sec…), the effects of showing those photo collections at 05sec-07sec and 19sec-20sec), etc -> Can all these things be done with photomotion, or not all of them?

Awaiting your answer before deciding my purchase. Thanks in advance for your attention!

Cheers

Hi muumi,

every photo animation you see in the promo video was made 100% with Photo Motion, including the most complicated ones. Of course, everythig else was made in After Effects as well (titles, motion graphics etc). Feel free to drop us a message to help@integnity.com – we can discuss it in detail there.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your quick answer. As suggested, I sent an email to help@... yesterday. Awaiting your feedback by e-mail!

In addition, could you please let me know what do exactly mean the final texts at the end of your promo video saying “AE”, “Audio” and “Photoshop templates”? Maybe some audio files, AE projects and EPS/PSD templates related to your promo video are included in the purchase when buying photoMotion?

Thanks in advance for your answer!

Cheers

Hi muumi,

Sure. We’ll write everything down for you via email.

Tom

Hi i work with Photo Motion Pro – Professional 3D Photo Animator the regular license . So how can I work with PhotoMotion V2.0? update or Buy V2.0 and how can I watch Tutorials Last Version Thanks

Hi Jatupon,

this is version 2.0 – if you bought it before the update, just go to your downloads and re-download it again (this will download the latest version)

Regards, Tom

I’m a little unsure of two things. The license. I’ve been hired by an agency to create a video. Sports league and Fortune 500 company announcing partnership. Which license would we need? And this template may be out of my wheelhouse. I’m lower mid level AE artist. Can I see some of the tutorials prior to purchase?

Hi f5freddyj,

to your first question – you will most likely need one extended license if this work is for-profit, otherwise regular license is fine. To your second question – as you are mid level AE artist, you will find it really easy to use (especially with all tutorials that cover almost anything you will need to know about photo animation). Send us a message to help@integnity.com and I’ll give you access to preview tutorials.

Regards, Tom

Hi everyone, just a quick update: Envato API (which we are using for purchase code verification) is currently down (http://status.envato.com/). If you are experiencing any trouble with activating your Photo Motion, please get in touch on help@integnity.com

Sorry already about this purchase. You have to register. But the site you register on tells you your password is incorrect AFTER entering a password for the first time. Plus, (in addition to the constant annoying captcha) when I say i forgot the password, it sends a link that loops me back to the lost my password screen. The final piece of nonsense? In attempting to start again the link fails for too many redirects. If the expensive software is as clumsy as the process to register I wish I could get my money back now.

Hi Bob, I replied to your email a few minutes ago – you are most likely getting redirects due to our firewall blocking your IP for some reason (it is using global public register, so it might be possible someone with the same IP is listed there). No worries though, it will take less than a minute to resolve this issue.

Tom

i have just purchased Photo Motion but i can`t register with the received purchase code. Can you help?

Sure we can!

Can you send me your username and purchase code to help@integnity.com please? I’ll have a look what’s going on (though I suspect it might be related to Envato API being down at the moment – no worries in any way, I’ll activate it for you manually)

Tom

It works now, thank you!

Glad to hear!

I have limited PC for rendering:

I5-2400 GTX 560 TI G.SKILL 8 RAM

Does it need big time for render?! And would it work well with not hd pictures

Hi Arshile,

Render time will depend on what type of projection you use and how many 3D effects and masks you use. On your configuration it could be anything from 2 minutes (simpler scene) to 40 minutes (very complex scenes). To your second question – it works well with almost any resolution and also supports several aspect ratios, so yes, HD pictures are supported.

Tom

Hi, I got an invitation, but how should I proceed with it on pixelsandstuff.com?

Hi arthunger, I replied to your email, so you should be able to follow the instructions

Tom

More than amazing with the music wich is perfect ^ I’ll be interesting too to have a free access to your video tutorial before buying it, pls ^ Just to know how it works cause i know i’ll turn my brain mad but i’m sure it’ll be an incredible softw ^ Thx for all and Very good work, my friend ^^

Hi, let me see what we can do – drop us a message on help@integnity.com

question: there isn’t an animation part to fake movement of waves (water, moving) is there?

Hi MacMartino, we have a fully customisable section in Photo Motion, where you can do pretty much anything with your image – adding a fire or water movement, particles and so on.

Check out this video as an example what you can do with it: https://vimeo.com/180857995/51b04a2a8a

Shiro, our animator who made this picture, created the fireplace animation by using a stock footage of flames and simply put it over the background (clean plate). All animations, camera movements and masks obstructions are then calculated automatically by Photo Motion. Pretty easy, but I personally love the result!

Regards, Tom

I just watched the new preview video and….. WOW!!! You guys have done such an amazing job with this template. Can’t wait to purchase it for a future client project!! :) :)

Thanks Amigo!

Do you sell effect thats used in mockup of monitor in tutorials? how can i buy this?

Ah you mean the fancy camera rig that zooms into the relevant sections of the screen in the video tutorials right?

It is a custom tool that we’d built, but surely will be releasing it as a freeware for the community (I can’t give you any specific deadline, as there are two other projects in production at the moment). But yes, just stay in touch and we’ll surely release that rig for free as soon as time allows (it needs a bit polishing to be ready for public!)

Regards, Tom

When I trace the object to be masked, the rest of the screen doesn’t turn purple like the tutorial explains and I don’t end up with 2 masks. Any suggestions. Great product by the way.

Hi alonzoeg, I’m really glad you like it! There are few ways how to use masks in After Effects, so the easiest way would be to send us a screenshot of the composition where you’re having these issues to help@integnity.com

Regards, Tom

Tom, thanks again for your immediate reply. Lessons learned: We must click on the image layer before masking. By default it is not selected. Thank you again. I am working on it.

Are audio effects of which are beginning of the video?

Hi, if you mean the audio used in the preview video then I’m afraid it’s not included, but you can get it from WolfSound – https://audiojungle.net/item/massive-blockbuster/14504825?_ga=1.137831033.818479082.1450887758

How do you install this? I just purchase. Tahnk you

Hi, there is no installation required – just open it with After Effects

Regards, Tom

Thank you, Tom. I got it. I am new at this.

Hi, I am unable to create the account on http://help.integnity.com/ no verification email arrives

Hi markus,

let me know your username on help@integnity.com, I’ll re-send the activation email for you.

Regards, Tom

Hi, IF purchase with the regular license I’m allowed to use for multiple images or videos if the end product is one ecommerce website?

Absolutely! There is no limit on pictures you are going to produce, if they are all for one “client” (in this case the ecommerce website)

Tom

What about for a youtube channel?

Same. If it is one youtube channel = one license, no limit on converted pictures.

Hi, do you offer any trial version? Im newbie in AE and I just want to get some idea how it works.

Hi ejoi8, due to how these AE files work, we don’t have a trial version at the moment. But don’t worry, I can give you access to our video tutorials, so you get the idea how it looks, how it works etc. Let me know!

Regards, Tom

How I can access to your video tutorials?

Drop us an email to help@integnity.com and I’ll set it up for you

WOW…is just wht I can express!

:) Thanks & enjoy!
