Hey, i figured out the problem. The video that was supplied was in .mp4 format and isn’t recognizing. I tried other videos and it worked. Thanks again!

What do you mean “Unmute”? if you mean switch on(but why it was switch off), Unhide all layers in “Render Me” composition, find layer “Image 10”(#177) and open it. Placeholder 10 is in this composition.

It is common problem of After Effects or your codecs. Try to reload the program or open it in another version. If you fail let me know once more.
