Problem is solved; codecs.
None of these files can be imported into After Effects or Premiere, it says video contains no video streams. Refund?
Transitions works with every video editor and After effect software.Here sample:

It doesn’t work, I’m sitting here looking at the error code. I’ve downloaded it twice and unzipped it four times and it won’t open in Premiere, After Effects or even my video player.
What’s your email I’ll send you a screenshot of the error since you want to call me a liar. None of the files work so figure out how do do something about it or give me my money back.
I’ve opened same compressed file, tried again with After Effects and Edius.
Videohive reviewing files. You may have a problem with the codecs. Try K-Lite Codec Pack 12.3.5 for codec problems.Its free software.
I will inform Videohive about this issue. I share with you if I get an answer.
I installed that codec and restarted my computer and still none of them work. Is there a plugin for that codec I need to activate in Premiere?
