Hello, I recently purchase your Ultimate Earth Zoom Toolkit and I am really having a hard time to make the .MOV videos to successfully import to my AE when I open your AE file.
There are only 2 MOV files that are opening which is lens and optical flares.mov.
Upon my experiment and my observation, I believe the other MOV files have pre-multiplied apply with the videos, I am correct? How I will I be able to successfully open it in AE without getting an error, error mov file cannot be imported unsupported, kindly please advise.

Good day I am used videos in the ( Place Holders ) templates in the Ultimate Earth Zoom Toolkit project , but I am don’t want the video and place holders make rotation with maps in same time ? I am want the rotation of the video and place holder Separate rotation , please tell me how i can do that ? also I am want to setup the time of the rotation video and place holder and the motion , because of the 6 different videos and the time of the videos between the 12 seconds to 30 seconds. The rotation of the video with Place Holders with map not good look of my videos because as I told you the times of the videos time . please understand me …
Hello, If you pause the movie and look at the images while zoom-in, you can realize that there is small difference between the map images and the globe’s image. But it is only takes a few frames and very hard to see it in the move. I suggest you to use the lens flare option, the scene will be a little bit blurry when the transition starts.

Hi..I have just put my first co-ordinate in (Which is cool). But when I go through the levels the map IS NOT directly above my target? Ie, Im in the NEast of England and Level 1 is out in the Ocean to the Left of the UK. Each Level pans right and into the target??

I just checked..wings of satellite is cutted.it was not full of satellite. Everytime when i try to change camera position, after effects make error all the time. I’m using cc 2015.3.

I purchased this template and I am loving it! The tutorials are easy to follow and very helpful! I do have one question, I am only needing to zoom in on one location and zoom out to the outro, any idea how to achieve this? I have looked through all the comments in hopes someone else had this issue but couldn’t find the answer. Thanks!
You must have overlooked it. Please watch “10 Adjusting scene settings.mp4” again and you will release that how to achieve.

When i put sound effects and music in the project (in the Sound > Sound Files folder and then in the cybernetics precomp), i dont hear the sound effects or music when i RAM preview or render the project. Im sure im doing something wrong but unsure what. Im also using different SFX and Music than the ones used in the demo.
