I bought this video and I cannot open in any video app. I’ve downloaded it on multiple computers. I either get the first frame, black screen as well, or unsupported format . I tried the rezipping method. Still doesn’t work.
Hello, I think you are actually simply missing the drivers to play this or any other MOV files. Just install quicktime. It’s required to run any videohive stock video.
