1) What operating system are you using?

2) What software have you used for extract the archive?

AE Error States.: “1068 files missing since last save” Not happy after spending $43.00 for this template ….

I don’t think you guys meant to give away GanMusic musivc tracks with this template?? I really think you zipped up the wrong files for us to download!! The music I have, the 1068 missing I don’t have – Please respond -

Included audio tracks with audio jungle watermarks if you planning use it you must buy original tracks. We included it to simplify mounting in sound. Thanks

I have just rechecked all files on videohive. All looks good, no missed files and other problems with the template. Try to change the archive program what you used for extract the archive. Please let me know if I can help with something else. Thanks Tom.

Thanks for the reply, what seems to be missing is all the Veggie clips and some misc stuff, I’ve tried 3 diff extractors, with each download – Maybe those files aren’t included ?? I’m downloading from yor link now, I’ll keep you posted – I think this is an Awesome template – After buying 100’s of them, this is my first enconter with issues – Sorry for raising an issue here, Your work is awesome by the way

It’s very strange, we have downloaded the archive from the videohive and everything works well. Also, other our customers did not complain to this problem.

Hi Dimas, what software did you use to zip whese with, WinZip says Invalide Archive ??

Let me setup a dropbox folder for you, do you use Dropbox ??

It shows as A File Type “002 File” , not a zip

002 it is a part. Just open and exctract first part, the second part will be extracted automatically
