Hello, I would like to use only 8 pictures. How can I remove or extend the other drop zones if I need more? Do I need Motion 5 for this? I’m just starting with Final Cut 
Hello! Thank you for your purchase! You can only make project changes in Apple Motion. In final cut you can just cut it to where you want or if you want more drop zones you can repeat it twice.
Hi rosenad, I’ve several problems using your slideshow in FCPX,
-I’d like yo give each photo a different duration, but it seems not possible
-I’ve the same problem than @johnstonmedia, when I drop a video I get still images
-I’ve seen your video with the shabby solution of paste a video with a blank video etc… that’s ok if you’ve to do a 30 seconds video, I need it for a 10 minutes video, I’ve to do it a thousand times?, really? are you kidding me?,
I was looking for a template to help me but this is giving me more work to do instead of helping me, I purchased it and it works VERY BAD, please, help me or refound me my money.

Hi, I have purchased your photo video slideshow. I am a videographer so will only use it for video, and will edit in FCPX. I have watched your tutorial several times but I can only get the first two drop zone to work, from there on the video show as still images! Please, where am I going wrong?

You must prepare the videos in advance. For example, the second drop zone begins in 5 sec. From 0 to 5 sec. you can put a blank video and then paste the video for Drop Zone 2. Then, select these 2 elements and create the Compound Clip. Then place the new clip in drop zone 2. Do this for the other drop zones.
Hi, I am able to get some of the videos to play but not others. Do you have exact times for each drop zone? It appears that if I’m out by a second then the video will not play.

No, but you can prepare your photos in advance, for example in Photoshop, and then add them as a single photo
Hi. Sorry, but video acts like a regular photo, even when exactly of 5 sec. I watched the tuto several times, but I cannot understand. Are there two different templates? I use the template inside FCPX. Thanks for your help.
Hello, here you can see how to edit templates in FCPX when using video instead of photos. You must prepare the videos in advance. For example, the second drop zone begins in 5 sec. Hello, thank you for shopping with me. If you want to extend the entire project the easiest way is if you use project in FCPX. After placing project in the timeline, simply pull back as you want. if you want to extend certain scenes you need to open the project in Motion 5. You must lengthen all layers of the scene you want to change and must move keyframes for the opacity in the end of each scene. Of course you need to increase the length of the project from “Project – Inspector – Properties – Duration”.

Thanks for your purchase of my project and for the rating. Every scene has keyframes for opacity. You need to change their position. You must lengthen drop zones. Also, each drop zone has a mask which should lengthen.
I just put videos into the drop zones and they are showing up as still shots. Am I doing something wrong?
