Friend, I wish you great sales and positive mood! ;)

it is not working on PC. i paid and this is bullshit! The message is: This project must be converted from version macintosh 8.0.2. standard definition pixel aspect ratios will be updated for compability and improved accuracy. the original file will be unchanged. (And all compositions are empty. there is nothing here)

I want my money back. it is completely bullshit. i cant see anything even 3 fckin videos.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us so that we can get all of this resolved for you. Take a deep breath, everything is going to be OK!

The message you are receiving isn’t an error. Rather, it’s an After Effects dialog message telling you the project was created with an other version, and it needs to be saved/converted to a new one. Simply save the project with a new name on your computer, and everything will work normally. Adobe projects files are cross-compatible with both PC and Mac, so there is no such thing as a PC or Mac version.

Once you’ve opened and saved the project on your computer, if you are missing any files, it’s possible you may need to manually re-link them. It’s OK, this is perfectly normal, and very easy to fix.

We’ve created a tutorial to help with that exact issue.

As for the 3 tutorial videos, they’re encoded in a standard format. If you’re unable to view them on your PC, I’ve converted them to h.264 for you, which can be downloaded via Dropbox this link. This link will be active for 7 days, so please download the files before it expires.

I hope the above helps, but if you have any further questions, please let us know.

Thanks so much for your purchase!

Best Regards,

Tyson
