We purchased this today, but it says we can’t open it because we have version 11.0.0.378 of CS6 on a PC. Can I get a version that I can use?

Yes absolutely! 
design looks nice, preview seems only suypport horizontal(landscape) pictures, is this template not supporting square/vertical photo?

Dear Royal Pixels, I liked your work and purchased it. However, I am terribly disappointed, after downloading, I am unable to open your AE file. I am getting an error message “The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 13.7.1 (Macintosh 64) and can not be opened. Next what should I do. ( I am working on Mac OS 10.9.5 and AE version CS6 AE 11.0.4.2)
I thought your file will open in CS6.
