Bought this item but seems i can´t use it. Have both Optical Flares and Elements 3D but it keep sayings that Element 3D is missing files, and there is no chance to re-link them.

Hi, when loading this template on my systems, I firstly have to upgrade to AE 13.5.1, I then I get a message for missing effects, 1. Element, and 2. Optical Flares, could you please assist me as i already purchased the template

The downloaded template is not designed as it is in the preview clip. the template doesn’t have animated video frame as shown on the preview clip. and no audio on the tutorial.
