hi, can i slow down the whole slideshow, i found the pictures go by too fast and make it hard for people to see each photo clearly. also, can i insert videos between the slideshow?
Hi there. There is a slowed down version of the demo video included which is about 3 mins long. Would that help? Are you wanting to use video instead of the photos- yes you can. Or are you wanting to add video inbetween the sequences? If you know a little bit of after effects and know what you are doing then yes you can add video in between the sequences. Regards.

Hi there! After purchase there is no restriction to time. It’s all yours! So take your time. If you are using the same version of after effects on both computers it should be fine. It won’t work if you work on a newer version and then open on an older version but will work the other way. Yes the extended version is included in the project. Regards.

This is an amazing template! The process has been very smooth; adding images, textures, backgrounds, and effects is extremely easy with this set up. The only thing that I can’t figure out is how I can reduce the amount of images necessary to fill the space? Is there a way the template can repeat images rather than me having to add them myself? I am creating a slideshow that consists of only 43 images and want to go about it that way.. What should I do?
Hi there! Thank your for your purchase. The template is setup to use exactly 100 photos for the reveal to work at the end. Unfortunately you do have to fill in each space even if you need to repeat images. I’ll look into seeing if I can repeat images for a future update. Just not sure how it can be done yet. My suggestion would be to fill the rest of the spaces with repeated images but maybe mix it around so there isn’t a sense of repetition. Show different images being highlighted etc. kind regards

Hi there. The template displays it in a square format but you can bring in any size photos. You would scale it up or down to fit the square box. Regards.
Hi there, firstly nice template! Everything exactly as described and looks great! Just having some problems rendering through Media Encoder. Rendering freezes each time in the final stages at approx. 2’54”(of the extended version)...I am using fairly large photos (around 5-8mb) but seem to have no problem generating a preview of this section in AE. Laptop is very good spec. Any help would be much appreciated!
Hi there Samdorin! Media encoder can be problematic sometimes when it comes to rendering. Im not sure why. It sometimes work, it sometimes doesn’t. I think it uses alot of Ram and slows everything down. I would recommend using After effects to render your sequence. there is some info on render settings. There are some tips you could do before you render as well. Give that a go. Regards
Some of the photos don’t seem to get clearly shown. Is there a way to quickly change the order, so I can render it again and then clip the two renders together with another software?
Hi there! unfortunately there is no quick way of changing the order. The only way would be to determine which photos you would want to Hero and change out that particular photo. In the template you can turn on the photo numbers, which might help with determining which photo is which. Yes you can clip together clips in an editing software such as Adobe premiere. kind regards

Hi there—what is this whole thing about freeing up space on “disk cache”? I’m not sure how to do that and am worried my project won’t save properly? Thanks for your help, very excited about creating with your software!
Hi there—I opened mosaic photo reveal and it already had some files started. Should I be starting a completely new project? If so, how do I do that?
Hi there! Clearing Disk Cache is just a way to improve performance. This wont affect you saving your project. To clear your disk cache you just need to go to After Effects ->preferences ->Media & disk Cache—> Empty disk Cache. Can you explain what files you see are already started? If you are opening the project for the first time after download, It will be a new project. The template is already setup for you to just add your photos in.

- adobe premier

Hi there. Thats great! Glad you managed to get everything setup. You can use Render Queue or media encoder. Media encoder can be a bit weird sometimes when it comes to rendering, and can take longer than usual. Have you had a look at the Render Settings video tutorial that is supplied? That should take you through the steps. Kind Regards
I am having difficulty rendering the 3 minute extended mosaic version. I followed the tutorial. I removed the lights, used CBR and 15, but it still taking a really long time. Can you help?
Hi there. Rendering will vary between computers. depending on your specs and other factors. it will vary between 2hours to overnight sometimes. Have you had a look at the tips for rendering.TXT This has a few things to consider before rendering. Are you on a MAC or PC?

I’m trying to render 10 seconds of the mosaic reveal comp and it won’t even START rendering. I’ve had slow renders before but never saw this happen. My computer has 4GB of ram which has served me well through many after effects projects till now. My pics are around 200 to 300 kb. I’ve done all your suggestions for faster renders. Please help?
