i cannot download the file?? why is this?
I think this must be an issue on your end, possibly an intermittent internet connection as we have tested the file numerous times and it downloads correctly. Sorry for the delay, we only just saw this message.

Just purchased however the download file is incomplete. 220 mb then complete but I believe it should be around 400 mb. Downloading onto my macbook across fibre. Never had an issue before. Please could you check this out

Here is the problem. I used to have a user ID under “saricher” that was connected to my email, “saricher@usa.net.” But I was having trouble logging in, and now my user ID is saricher61 (same email) – but I purchased your product under the old user ID.

I have issues with audio, don’t want original track, have my own! After render there is no sound and it stutters a lot, I do have 16GB of RAM i7 CPU, so it can’t be a issue. Help.
Made it to hear audio, just need how to remove cut offs in audio of my picking.
If you plan to use your own audio, don’t use the replace audio as in tutorial, just drag your file into the timeline. Mute all other audio tracks. Cheers, Mark
I recently purchased this template however there seems to be a few issues with it.
When attempting to render it out, it says there is missing footage files. This is without making any changes at all. Simply download and open the project and having it render. 0 missing files for 14 image comp, 4 missing files for 28 image comp and 12 missing files for the 42 image comp. Note: I have installed the font and replaced the audio per your tutorial.
Additionally, It also says one of the output modules could not be imported and defaults will be used but does not tell me which one.
Lastly, there are several place holders for both images and texts that are reversed by default so you have to horizontally flip the image prior to import to get them to show properly. Even your “replace text” is backwards in several locations.
Finally, could you suggest some quality render settings? There is a fair amount of ghosting around the picture frames and other visual anomalies after rendering it out. I noticed them on your live preview above as well but not as noticeable as mine. I have tried both QuickTime and h.264

Missing files appears to be an after effects issues as no files are missing. It should render fine. The flipped images and texts exist only in precomps that are part of my internal workings of the template. It’s not flipped in final export. And anomalies are probably due to the compression in the video files. The pro res movs had to be converted to h264 to keep project file size down. In regards to export, I would just add to media encoder render queue and use the YouTube custom settings. Cheers, Mark

I noticed your project is in 25fps. Do you have a 29.97 version?
Do you have a 30 or 29.97 version? If not, have you had success exporting to 30?

Hi there, tutorial is included in the project. All after effects templates require at least a basic understanding of the program. All images are either portrait or landscape (1800 pixels by 1200 pixels). Cheers, Mark

I would like to seek your help on an issue during rendering. Each time I attempt to render the file, this error message would occur at my 11th photo: “the file format module could not parse the file” 45::35”
Could you kindly advise me on what the issue is and how can I resolve it? Appreciate it!

Hi Cheryl, hmm… that sounds strange. Have you tried replacing the photo? Sounds like it doesn’t like the photo’s file format.

I’ve looked through the Project bin and can’t find anything missing, everything in the preview is fine too. When I render with the missing file some layers seem to be missing. I can’t figure out which layers are missing to give the rendered result.
I suggest you re download the file and ensure you keep all assets within the same folder. Cheers, Mark
Hi I need your help / suggestion asap. I have purchased this template and worked on it. I am trying to create 42 image compilations 1080p but when ever I try to render final_1080_42Image it does complete successfully. But whenever I try to play the file it just doesn’t play properly it hangs a lot. I don’t know what’s causing issue I tried rendering so many times starting from scratch everytime but same issue again. even the file size is like 32GB avi format with replaced audio track. Please advise asap as I need this to be fixed before 23rd August as I have function on that day. please get back on this asap. however I am able to render 720p successfully without any issue it plays perfectly fine without hanging or lagging. please advise thanks.

every time it gives me error like 12 footage files required to render composition final 1080p-42 images are missing? reply?
Please help, I can’t add images. In your tutorial, when you click on image one, a white box appears for you to drag the image into. When I click on image one, I don’t see a white box at all. Im having issues at that step. Please help. This video needs to be completed ASAP! Thanks!
This issue is quite a simple one to fix. The reason you can’t see the image in the preview window in the Image 1 comp is that the time indicator (the small yellow diamond above timeline with long red line below it) has disappeared. To get it back click above the timeline (on the grey bit where it says 5f, 10f, 15f, etc) This will bring it back to the right point in the timeline and you will see the image.
