Are the individual assets animated in composition or is this prerendered?

Animated.For example, explosions are made as a sequence of images (folder: \ Design elements \). This is more like a unsmoothed animation typical for 8 Bit games.

Thank you! All objects (background, ships, asteroids, gunfire, explosions, etc.) are on separate layers. It is only necessary to change (replace) the image on the right layer.
