Hi, Altuha, I recently purchased your Space laboratory virtual set; however, it is not functioning properly. Similar to the other comments, I just have the space background with missing 3D models/elements. Additionally, there were no prompting to relink missing files. I have emailed you a couple times, kindly reply. We are standing by and eager to begin our new project. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, How to fix the space background, mine is showing half space only through one half of the windows, the other window is showing just the texture.

It just continue to stop responding as the project is starting up, I got it to work 3 times, but then after you get it to work but once you go back to the project again, it stop responding, I have tried everything been trying for 3 days, I even downloaded the files several times. On any computer, but I do not have this problem on all my other projects.
What about other projects with plugin Element 3D?

hello, I bought your templade but not ‘as I saw in the tutorial. exactly I bought 3D Virtual Studio – Spaceship, Laborotory, Sci-fi, but it turns out only cross space. Have you ever used Element 3D plugin? If you have, it is very easy to use. Your can just replace placeholders
Hmmm, only space. No 3D elements.
Tried reinstalling both AEcc and E3D v2, but still nothing.
Also I don’t get any notice of missing files or needing to “reconnect” files/media to the af file itself.

Hello everybody, just bought this template but for me don’t work i juste have the space background no model no object no missing file to relink etc..I reinstalled After effect CC 2015 and Element V2 and nothing please Help me team thank you everybody
Project works and there is no problems, becouse reviewer’s are also checked it. Problem must be with your plugin. I’ve asked you to send me screenshot’s of the problem or contact with me by skype. Why you are not doing this? I would solve the problem
