Please help me understand.
Do I get the shown video as template to edit like typical after effects templates? And in addition to that, we get further tools to edit our own videos and put them in Vr glasses format?
Or are we only speaking about further tools to edit and create vr format videos?
Hello! This is a very simple project, which simply divides the video sequence into 2 identical parts. This project is applicable only for viewing on a smartphone in a google cardboard helmet. This project is not suitable for professional editing of VR video. I do not advise you to buy it.
Pre Purchase Question – I shoot 360 video and although I know this plugin won’t create 360 does it expand the video/image so it the user can move the phone around a little or is it just to allow the users to watch via a headset ?
This project allows you to watch only through the vr headset. Turns head will not be perceived. This project – a simple converter for video viewing in the vr headset (only – google cardboard type)

I followed the instructions exactly and this doesn’t create 360° video like it thought it was going to. Unless i’m mistaken i don’t see the point of this. I just wasted $14 bucks! VR is 360°!
Hello! This project is designed to CONVER VIDEO to view it in virtual reality glasses. from the usual set of customization possibilities the video DOES NOT MAKE the video 360° viewing. Video 360° view is created using SPECIAL EXPENSIVE CAMERAS that capture images around. If you made a video for the standart camera you will never make it into the video 360° viewing. I know how live video for 360 works with live video and you can do the same in after effects, But the title is misleading “VR tookit” implies that you are making something Virtual. The video your toolkit creates is not virtual but flat. 2D VR Headset Converter is a more accurate! People need to know that they wont be creating anything Virtual with this!
