Both. Can both be adjusted to vary the time gap?

Like, instead of having the slow motion effect last for 7 seconds, could I adjust it to maybe 2 seconds or 10 seconds, etc..

i really like this opener but i don’t have a lot of experience working with after effects. two questions. 1) how difficult would it be to buy the same SFX and add them it so that the sound is just like the demo? 2) in the middle of the opener there is a slow motion effect. how difficult would it be to remove that?

would the answers to these questions be in the help file?
