Yes, you can put your own values to the graphs and them will be created automatically

Good project, however I am fairly new to after effects and when I ran into issues I did not find the video tutorial detailed enough for someone like myself. I have purchased other sets that had very detailed instructions either video or pdf. I think this would make it more user friendly.
