Subject: Issue with After Effects Search Bar Logo Reveal Animation Preview
Dear Customer Support,
I recently purchased the Search Bar Logo Reveal animation for After Effects and am reaching out due to an issue with the preview. I’m currently using After Effects version 25.0.1 (Build 2), and the animation does not display as expected: the text does not appear as each letter is typed, and the entire animation is only in black and white.
I have not made any adjustments to the file. I simply opened the freshly downloaded file, and the result is exactly as shown in the attached video : https://youtu.be/WOh54REHWfM
Could you let me know if there is an updated version of this animation available or if there is a workaround to resolve this issue?

I wanted to follow up on my previous message regarding the issues with the Search Bar Logo Reveal animation. I managed to resolve the problem by changing the language setting in After Effects to English (my updated version was initially set to French). This adjustment fixed the expression errors, and the animation now works as expected!

Is there a max character count for the search bar? I can only seem to add 11 characters (my text is 12). Please advise.
Hi, you can use any number of characters, but this number must be specified in the “Text” slider – Comp “Your Text 1”.You can find a detailed explanation in the video tutorial.

I enter my “search” text, and I enter the number of characters in frame 84 at the slider, as the tutorial says, but it doesn’t work, the caracthers don’t move. I have to do something more after that? I have checked the tutorial several times, but I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong.
