Hello. I’m a little confused about the Multi-use icon…Does it mean that it is okay for us to buy it and re-use it for multiple projects? I thought that’s not allowed. Let me know! Thanks.
Hi there. The Multi use graphic in the info panel is just indicating that you can use the template for various themes such as Birthdays, special events, weddings etc. It has multiple use. It doesn’t relate to the licensing of the project. You will still need to purchase another license if creating a new project. Kind regards

Hey there nice work! I’m wondering if I can use this without the final photo reveal? So basically using 1:22-1:32 in the preview video but without revealing the larger picture of the kid, just a bunch of tiles in a grid with their own separate images? Thanks!
Hi there Lynn! Yes you can. How the template is built allows you to just delete that last end reveal sequence layer to end your video at the falling photos. You will just need to change the duration of the timeline to match this change. You could also use the endmosaic reveal sequence falling without the reveal of the kid for example – just dont need to add a final image for the mosaic to form. You will just have your image grid. Just a thought. Hope that makes sense. Regards

Hi there. Yes this would work. I recommend using a bit of color in the text which would help with the images showing through a bit more, instead of using a pure black and pure white text
Hi. I have been used this few times but for some reasons, the revealing effect is quite insignificant compare with previous videos that i made from this template. Could you help me out? When i put in the main photo, the effect seems to lose. When i still have the default logo on, i still could see the collagse works well.
It does not blend in the color like what it used to do.
Hi there. What image are you trying to put in? Is it a logo or photo? The default logo works because there is some colour in it. Maybe your image is black and white?
I added a white background behind my logo so that we only see the logo take the shape of the pictures. Is there a way to let the logo set the outline of the pictures without it blending its color?

Hi again. I had a look at what you are wanting to achieve. Unfortunately the way the mosaic is built only allows the colours to blend through at the moment without it masking out the logo in full color. I would need to rework the endframe to achieve this look. I might look at this idea for a future update. Its a nice idea.
I cannot figure out how to make this template works. the template tutorial does not reflect AE CC 2015. Please help. I’m trying to get this done for a funeral tomorrow morning.

do you have a similar template but like around 15 seconds to 30 seconds?
In the demo video there is an extra sequence which is just basically photos falling down to create the mosaic which the sequence is about 20-25 secs only. Not sure if that would help. Unfortunately that’s all we have.
i actually like the last part where the baby pic was revealed. in this template, can i just crop it out?
You mean the mosaic compilation feature? Revealing the girl with glasses? Yes that is the standalone sequence I was talking about with the falling photos.

Hi there! It looks like the author of that audio track has removed their track or has gone offline. I’ll have to look at using another reference track. Thanks for letting me know.
Does this product come in video format which actually shows the pictures being added to make the mosaic? Or will I just get the finished product?
Hi there. Sorry I’m not sure what you mean. Just to clarify. You will need to have the software Adobe after effects installed on your computer first before running this downloaded template.The template that will be provided is setup so you can add your own photos, music, to create your final video just like the preview video. There are tutorial videos to show you the step by step process. Hope this answers your question. Kind regards.
