I am having problems with using one of the other backgrounds (2-12). They are just displaying the dark grey solid colour, however on the Settings and Customizations tab it is showing each background to be a different colour. I have tried collapsing the Transform tabs inside the BG pre-comp and I can see that the opacity is set to 0%, however it’s not letting me change it to 100%. I have checked the code in the expressions box and it is identical to background 1 (aside from the (“BG1”) and (“BG3”) respectively). I need to use 2 different backgrounds within my composition so it’s not like I can just change to colour of background 1. What can I do?

I just have one question: I loved the section in the promo video, where 4 devices slide in from the right (at approx. 03”51) – one Nexus and 3 different iPhones. I didn’t find it in the actual template file, could you please advise me on how to do it?

I get error message ”this project must be converted from version 10.0.1(Windows 64).The original file will be unchanged” and ”could not convert Unicode characters.(23::46)”,when I try to open files for editing.

For some reason it freezes After Effects when I try to change the color of the text. Everything else seems to work just fine. I’m running it on Windows 8.1 pro. Any ideas?
