Hy, thanks for the purchase. It could be help if you set the composition’s size which include the body part. In case of legs and arms, first you need to downscale vertical your body parts than compesate it with the “Left_Arm_Strech”, “Left_Leg_Strech”, “Right_Arm_Strech”, “Right_Leg_Strech” as you can see in the videotutorial. If you can send me more details about it (screenshots, or project files) in mail I can help you more.

Hy thanks for your kind words! Yes you can add mouth and hand expressions. You can create them in Photoshop, or in After Effects too (but in PS easier).
Here in the Videotutorial
you can see what is the Photoshop file structure.
In the bottom you can add 9 mouth expressions and 9 hand expression. If you need you can add more, i can help you how to do this.
However in the pack you can only change this expressions, you can’t add transition animation between them (unless you add more expression states).

Hy, it’s depends of how expert are you in Photoshop. I think it’s easy to create a character in Photoshop, the important is to cut & place the character’s body part into layers with the proper name.
To answer your question Yes, you can create a bald German guy from zero or you can modify one included PSD into a bald guy! Email sent!

Thanks for the kind words! You are right the layer name is very important but it is not so necessary to are in the original order. However After Effects can be unpredictable so if you want to be sure follow the layer order If you have any question feel free to ask kbowman!
