I bought your template but it’s impossible to run it because it simply doesn’t work. After Effects stop to work when i open your files. My other projects works fine, only your files are damaged. Please give an advise or else i have to refund.

This problem occurred when Apple upgrade the system and stopped supporting the Nvidia driver. I trying fixed out it now.

Hello. You can refund your money in special section on the site. Or you can chenge Previev Mode frome “Fast Drift” to “Off (final quality)” and project will work.
Hello, I changed all parameters, all options on Previev Mode and the same problem appear, Program stopped. Only with your project. I have 2017 version.
