Did you get any error messages when opening the project? Did you get any messages about missing footage? Do you have all required plugins installed on your system?

1) couldn’t find main entry point for particular plugin 2) can’t find layer ID=333 in render composition 3) the same ID=327 4) a few more layers in the same render composition 5) AE warning your project file is apparently damaged

Please send screenshots of the error messages and your purchase code to my mail. I have to take a closer look.
